The MT1415BN is an unquestionably professional set of 14 and 15 inch steel timbales from the Meinl Marathon Series. Originating from the addition of timpani to the set up of Cuban musicians, the timbale is a smaller and lighter evolutionary step away from the larger timpani. This set is finished in a subtle black nickel and comes with a double-braced stand and extra percussion holder included.
The Meinl MT1415BN: Fierce Accents
These open and bright sounding steel drums deliver fierce accents and cutting rim-shots. Since the hardware fitted to both timbales is supported by extra-strong bolts, this set is immediately stage ready.
